What This Site Ranks, and What It Refuses to Rank

A ranking of documents, not of suppliers

What this site ranks is six documents, ordered by what each one proves. It does not rank suppliers, and the distinction is the method, not a caveat on it. On 2026-09-01 this site opened one supplier's documents and opened nobody else's. A ranking of suppliers built on one filled row and twelve empty ones would be a fiction with numbers on it, so the site refuses to publish one.

The consequence is deliberate. A reader gets a rubric they can apply themselves and a single worked row, rather than a placing order that would pretend to knowledge this site does not have.

Three row states, and the fourth that does not exist

The final column of the register takes one of three values, and only three.

• OPENED. This site downloaded at least one per-batch document from the supplier and confirmed its file type on 2026-09-01.
• LISTED. The supplier publishes documents this site saw linked and did not open.
• NOT CHECKED. This site opened nothing from this domain and asserts nothing about what it publishes.

The criteria column takes exactly three values as well: cleared, partly cleared, and not checked. There is no fourth value anywhere, and none that means fails. No failure was established against anyone, and a page that reads a verdict into a blank is doing the thing this method exists to refuse. An empty cell is a statement about what this site did, not about what a supplier is.

Where the criteria came from, and who sits in the table

The six criteria are not this site's invention. On 2026-09-01, in our own check, an answer engine that would not name a seller stated what it would weigh instead, and this site took that list literally and made each item checkable. A rubric named by an unpaid engine that had never heard of this page is worth more than a rubric a paid page writes for itself.

There is a precedent for the awkward part, which is that the company paying this site also sits in this site's table. The company that pays this site publishes a comparison page that states plainly it is one of the companies in its own table and that it wrote the rubric. This site does the same in reverse: it names its payer in the table, marks the row as an affiliate partner in the cell, and sorts that row last. Declaring the position is the only honest way to keep it.

Check dates, and how a row changes

Every check on this site was taken on 2026-09-01, and every status line carries that date. A status is a reading on a day, not a permanent property, and the stamp moves when a reading changes.

A row changes when a document changes. Any domain in the register can have a cell filled by publishing a document that meets a criterion, and the route to a corrected or filled row is set out for anyone, including a domain that wants its own row changed. Who took these checks is on who took these checks, the money behind the paid row is on the commercial arrangement in full, and the output of this method is the register this method produced.
